Work Experience for Rangatahi

We felt it was important to prepare rangatahi for the workforce, that they needed to have a work experience.  This was so they could understand what’s it like to work a full day, and also what it’s like to be paid for your work.  We trialed a work experience at the end of 2024 with NZ Natural Exports, where rangatahi would be labelling and preparing exports of packaged goods.  This is somethings we intent to integrate into our Wayfinder Programme in 2025.
